The Home Rescue Team is a Vancouver Washington based real estate team that has decided to focus on home owners who would like to avoid foreclosure and to pursue a short sale opportunity. They are a part of the Keller Williams Realty group and are passionate about helping their clients.

The Home Rescue Team has over 20 years of real estate experience.  They close more short sale transactions in Clark County than any other real estate team.  Each team member brings a unique set of strengths that greatly affects the entire dynamic of the team.  Their specialized training and extensive negotiating skills will help to get you the best terms possible.

As for the site itself, some fun features are due to it’s integration with IDX Broker which allows for MLS listing searches including my favorite map search and a great contact management system that helps the agents understand the needs of all the potential leads that visit their website.

For the blog functionality we built the site on WordPress. This allowed us to integrate the site with the agents various social media accounts and created a one point solution for them to disseminate information across their entire network. So rather than having to update information on a wide range of sites such as Facebook and LiveJournal they do it once on their website and it automatically feeds the information to the other sites. In addition any activity by an author on the blog posts to twitter as well. This frees the up to do what they do best ad help their clients avoid foreclosure rather than become webmasters and do data entry on many different platforms. We also built in a direct response double opt-in email newsletter and several other features.

Soon the site will also host a video series on Understanding Short Sale Real Estate. The site is ready with the ability to push the video to a wide array of services such as YouTube and all the major podcast websites. It is a promotion machine that is just awaiting content.
